Sleep, or lack of it, has a massive impact on our lives.

Lack of sleep makes us more emotional and less tolerant, it reduces our productivity and increases our risk of health problems.

The number of people who suffer with poor sleep is staggering with about a third of the UK population finding it difficult to fall asleep or stay asleep, and as many as 77% of us not feeling refreshed when we wake.

So what can we do about it?
